SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

This is the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at Gemsland.shop. If you have any questions, please contact us on gemslandhb@gmail.com.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed will be dispatched up the next working day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase - please read our return & refund policy for detailed information about our processes.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at gemslandhb@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: P.O.Box 3018 Givat Zeev, ZIP code 9094544. Items sent back to us without first requesting and approval of return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Israel, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. You can always contact us for any questions at gemslandhb@gmail.com.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges Refunds: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3 day cooling off period: Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at gemslandhb@gmail.com.
